Put To Practice CREATOR'S Way For Handling HIS Supply In your Life!
(Editor's note: The Hebrew notion of Salvation (Deliverance) included much more than forgiveness and eternal life. Salvation meant freedom from debt, worry, fear and sickness. Power over enemies, total victory and possession of a land was integral to the concept. Today many believers have been put off by hyper-prosperity teaching. This teaching may have been responsible for many believers retreating entirely from the True Gospel, which portrays CREATOR as SUPPLIER!
And I say unto you, Make to yourselves friends of the mammon of unrighteousness; that, when ye fail, they may receive you into everlasting habitations. Luke 16:9 Let's get one thing perfectly clear. It's not about money. It's about freedom, peace, joy and the Kingdom of JESUS on earth. What is? These Supply Articles. I am around the people of GOD all the time. We all seem to spend so much time making ends meet that there just isn't much left for CREATOR! Whoops! Cart before horse. We need to lead with the head, not the tail! We have it backwards. CREATOR'S intention is for us to focus heavily on HIS Plan and Work, and HE will do the supplying! Right? Right! But you just can't drop everything and hit the streets. Seen that happen a few times (Done it once myself) with disastrous consequences. You see, money can be like a wild stallion. Good in nature, but very hard to tame and extremely difficult to control or ride while wild. But we keep trying to put the saddle on and keep getting bucked off. (Get it? Bucked off!). So we can't ride the stallion while wild! It has to be tamed. Made friends with, so to speak. Hey! That's the topic for today. Making friends with money. Many times we try to get things right, but we keep on getting bucked off. So how do we tame this wild stallion called money? Only one way! That is to put in to practice CREATOR'S way for handling money. HE has the right method. We have been studying it. OK! Who just said, "It doesn't work, I've tried it?" Wait just a minute. You did the right thing, but you moved too quickly. Let's say we catch an actual wild horse and put him in a corral. Then a day later we manage to get a saddle on him and hop on for a ride. What will happen? Buck and you're off. You're on the ground wondering why you ever caught that horse in the first place. After several sessions like this you give up on horses and just walk everywhere you go. So it is with money and FATHER'S principles for it's use. There has to be time for growth,. Growth in you and in me. We have to make money our friend. That takes time. Especially if we have been messed up in the past about it. So rest easy. Don't fret so much. Take CREATOR'S Word and chew it and swallow it and speak it and put it in to practice. Then you will look back one day and laugh as you ride out of town on your not-so-wild stallion! |
